A privacy policy is a statement that discloses all of the ways this website collects, uses, discloses, and manages the data of its visitors . It fulfils a legal requirement to protect our visitor's privacy.

What type of information do we collect?


This website is for information purposes only. We will never ask you to transmit any information whatsoever over this site. We do not collect and store any information on our website. We do not ask you to fill in any forms or to give us any information on the website. In addition, we do not use the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer or  connection information.  We do not use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page although our hosting provider may have access to this information they may not access it without our express permission. We DO NOT collect personally identifiable information (including name or email as these are not available to us on the website) We do use Google Analytics to inform us of how many times the website is viewed and whether the surgery phone number is used from the site. We cannot and do not track if  your number is calling  the surgery although your mobile phone provider may have access to that information as part of their data collection activity. Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to provide information to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. We do not use any Wix.com tracking apps or any Apps to identify you personally in any way. 
 

How do we communicate with our site visitors?


WE DO NOT.  We will never contact you to notify you regarding your activity on our site or to troubleshoot problems with you. We will not poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, or send updates about our services.

 

We will not generate contact from this website to contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail. Any contact claiming to be from this website is to be regarded as malicious and should be reported to the The Doctors Surgery by telephone or in person.
