We DO NOT collect personally identifiable information (including name or email as these are not available to us on the website) We do use Google Analytics to inform us of how many times the website is viewed and whether the surgery phone number is used from the site. We cannot and do not track if  your number is calling  the surgery although your mobile phone provider may have access to that information as part of their data collection activity.
